Feeling empty from healing a long term issue.... letting go... my stomach feels like it has a huge hole in it... catching myself trying to fill that void with food... glad I caught that... now time to fill it with self care and creativity...

• My ass hurts, mister thinks I fractured it.
• My allergic pain is an 8 or more (don't like to think of it in terms of more than 7 or 8)
• I dorked up my ankle somehow and was limping yesterday but I have no recollection of how or why, yeah it's likely sprained.
• Mobilized brother and BIL and have mister on stand by ahead of Irma who looks like the meanest thing I've seen since Katrina.
• Some people are just plain rude but hey I used to think my shit was more important/trumped (pun intended) everyone elses. Way to kill a convo but hey... have it your way.

You know you should have that x-rayed, to make sure it's a clean break. How are you handling that 8 + pain? That is incredibly tough. Or should I say you are incredibly tough. What's behind all these injuries. Do you need to take it easier? Ok, slowly backing away from the "none of my business" questions, however, I care what happens to you.

Yeah, yeah I know... but it's minor or else I'd have nausea.
Even Deb doesn't comment anymore other than to say that I'm really good at wrapping wrists well. They can't do shit for a tail bone anyways and the ankles are beyond crap... so it's no big whoop excepting for the pain level. My bones are just crap frankly. Nothing to be done... just adjust accordingly.

Doubled back to say thanks but empathy is so not my thing, don't worry really. I got a strong sense of priorities and believe me this ain't it. Been down this road too many times before and other stuff is more pressing, just wanted to whine cuz I closed down the diary.

Today I'm a bit worried. Big fire out there, ashes falling here, air getting harder to breathe. I'm stuck inside with the ac on, since I have a serious lung thing. Bleh, don't want to think about it.

I was quite shaken and taken back after I went into our Sears store here in town. I haven't felt like this in a long time. It wasn't a pleasant experience and it definitely is going to take me some time to get my nerves settled down. Just how this one person affected me me, boggles my mind!

This clerk definitely didn't earn any brownie points with me, and I know I will go somewhere else in the future!

OMG just sick. Trying to find cousin (because of Hurricane Irma) I lost track with that I thought moved from Barbados to Bahamas, said he was still in Barbados died in February, sounds like heart. :arghh;:cry::cry::cry::cry:

And he was such a sweet, sweet man and his mom and my mom (sisters) there wasn't a day they didn't speak together or see each other. :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

But I just found my sweetest 2nd cousin- his sister's son- I remember my sister giving him a bf's flight suit because he wanted to become a pilot- he's a firefighter now. :inlove: I am so proud of him. :inlove:
