Incompetent. Going to re- caulk a very large window next the worst job in the world for me. I can do a lot but always hated that job, lousy at it. :(
Stupid. Trying one last time for help.
Dreamt I couldn't keep or get my eyes open at work, too exhausted, so said to myself in dream, 'What alternative do I have I'll have to work blind'. :meh:
Survived something I thought I'd rather be dead than doing, but was glad after I wasn't dead instead. Not large-glad but thought, that would be stupid over that. Also I suppose not the worst thing I can imagine having to do, either.
Sick to my stomach.
Not much emotion atm. Or if there is Idk what.

Very sad and really tired....I don't feel like my usual self at all. S.A.D.(Seasonal Affective Disorder) is back and "T" says I am still processing grief.

Not sleeping well, am isolating, irritable, and feel generally unwell. I'm probably overdue for a good crying jag.

I just keep telling myself it's temporary and will pass.

@Bearlinda like a gooey insulating liquified rubber that one squeezes out from a plastic canister shape bottle using a 'caulking gun' in a thin edge ('bead' ) where the window meets the sill/ frame (to prevent leaks, for older non-casement (casement = one piece windows. caulked in factory for life, and when installed). Then you run your wet thumb or finger along to flatten, let dry. Also used where necessary for doors, in kitchens, bath, around exterior fixtures like outdoor lights, vents, etc. Creates a seal. Bit like weak Krazy Glue for booboo's and clean up though. :meh:
