I had the surgery and my shoulder hurt so much before, it actually didn't hurt as bad after the surgery. That was in 2009, and it is still good. Good luck!

I'm happy. Maybe cheerful is a better word. I had my first Trauma Therapy session today. I felt a lot of relief and a lot of release of emotions. It was very good. (Trauma Based CBT).
