I feel sad, and pretty lost. I got into an argument with my roommate last night and it brought out the worst in me. I feel guilty, too, for saying some of the hurtful things that I did.
I don't know. Sorting through the beliefs/valuations I've accumulated that are preventing me from accepting myself. Beginning to see a little more clearly, but "it" still feels like a foggy process. Clomp clomp through the muck and fog.
