Perplexed, troubled, pained, heavy-hearted, and full of grief for way too many reasons to count. Hoping the crying spells/smudging/hooping/dancing/singing/nature walks/etc. can ease the weight of the world I'm feeling this day. If not, I'll simply try again tomorrow. I wish I could ration out my feelings as well as I've learned to ration out the necessary sustenance of each day. I guess there's still hope, otherwise I'd already be gone from this existence.
