Still holding a balanced emotional state. Feeling a full range of emotion, but nothing over the top or out of line with the present. Focused and empowered are the two best for this moment.
I feel tired and worn out! I am really changing my behaviours. I am doing more exercise. I am going out and seeing people. I am being more in my body. I am changing.
I feel okay. I went out for a social interaction with a potential new friend. She is really lovely. So we are going to go for a walk or a movie together. I also feel brave.
