You CAN do it Albatross. It is difficult sometimes to do things like that for the ones we love, btu doing those things are usually what make me feel better, because it goes against what I would want to do which would be hide.

I didn't want to go out last night after I was triggered, but I did and felt great for going and making it through without dwelling on the day. This is just a challenge for you, and I know (we all know) that you have the strength to overcome your anxiety.

If you start to doubt it, just think of all of us here supporting you and cheering you on. And if you need to vent when you get back we'll be here for that too.
 
Alone and empty... uncontrollable tears. Feel the crash coming and can't seem to stop it. Maybe if I just FEEL my way through it and let it pass knowing it is "only" feelings. Grasping for something secure. Scared.
