What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Numb. I've had enough of sadness, enough of crying, enough of fear. I just feel numb.

But underneath I can feel my emotions bubbling up again, like a volcano before it is about to erupt.

I don't want to let them out, there will only be more devastation. But the longer I keep them bottled in, the more powerful those emotions grow; damaging me internally until the pressure finally has to be released with terrible consequences.
 
I feel and have felt free, released and highly productive today.
