What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Going to venture into some new activity today. Kind of excited, but I am not going to overdue it. Got the medical clearance to exercise again so I am hitting the pool for some laps. Everything has to be "low impact" so this is the best option. I have to learn to start trusting my own body again. A new "exposure therapy". :)
 
I feel as if I am really struggling. Completing the questionnaire yesterday has brought back all those feelings. My nightmares last night were full of being trapped, broken glass everywhere and being crushed.

I feel tearful and yet the tears won't come. I just want to curl up and isolate.

I feel so helpless, I need to support my youngest daughter, but she is 150 miles away. She is hurting just now.

I feel I am a pitiful excuse for a human being, I know it isn't true but for now it is how I am feeling.
 
Still overwhelmed. Need to clean. Have to start somewhere. Sleep will not cut it today. Overwhelmed just gets worse when I procrastinate.

One corner of the table is a start.
 
Sorry for being self-centered but really feeling crappy. My moods are screwed up, I feel like running, can't go anywhere and nothing to get there with. It's just chemistry and aftermath but that does little to ease the mood. Hang on to my butt and wait it out. Breathe.

I am relieved and happy :D over one situation, yet I feel sad :( and angry :mad: over another. The later is connected to the past, so I am hoping that once I process it I can get back to just feeling happy. :tup:
