I'm still feeling tired although thank goodness I did sleep last night.

I feel proud that I stuck to my relaxation plan last night, which included turning the computer off by 8pm.

I feel so pleased that H will be home tonight, he was away last night and will be away on Thursday night.

I'm feeling like I have been told off like a naughty child. The person meant well and it was just a polite warning said in a joky way and I didn't react to it but I still have that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach caused by the guilt and shame of having done something wrong.

It was a warning not to do something (nothing to do with the forum) but I still feel triggered by it. I'll recover soon, I hope, sooner than I used to but boy do I feel small.

I'm feeling scared because my T must have talked to my psiquiatrist and told her I'm having suicidal thoughts. I've been summoned to my psiquiatrist's office in an hour.

I feel like sitting in a corner and closing my eyes forever.

((((Chincho)))) It was real brave of you to talk about it. You are taking real big steps. Please take care. Everything is going to be okay. I was also having suicide ideation and went through a similar situation. I was real scared too. You are real aware and reflecting on this forum, and talking about it. These are all good signs. I hope you find the support you need to help you cope with all that you are going through. ((((hugs))))

Hubby took the car to have the tracking sorted out and I dont know how it went yet. He is asleep, but I am hoping it went OK, and nothing more needs doing.

I feel super tired.
I feel a lot of anxiety when I saw how high my blood pressure goes. I think it's a good idea not to read any more about it and wait to talk to the doctor.

Feeling fragile and small today, almost child-like. I'll just roll with it, playtime after chores.

I feel relatively good which is unbelievable under the circumstances. The three week marathon is almost over, one more day to go.

I am very grateful to my neighbours and best friend for helping me and it gives me faith in the human race. Learning to trust people is very hard if you have been kicked in the gut many times. It is the people that you expect little from that give you the most.

Will be off line for a while until my Internet is up and running again. Take care everyone and I will be thinking of you all.:)
