Pretty confused, can't tell if I'm sad or numb. Neither one would make sense so I'm very confused.

Feeling light, huge weight has been lifted off me today. Phew!

Worried about my husbands friend.

He had a massive heart attack this morning and is now in a coma, suffering with convulsions. They think he may possibly be brain damaged, if he pulls through.

I feel empty.
I hate myself.
I have this hollow feeling in my chest.
I feel tired due to only a couple hours sleep.
I feel like skipping classes today because I don't want to be around people today but I have to go so I'm trying to pull myself to do that.

(((Amethist))) I am sending you healing energy and prayers. I am so sad this is happening to him. My heart goes out to his family. I am sorry he is having convulsions and brain damage. Like Froggie said this is a hard thing.

I am feeling relieved, I got my husband enrolled in the medicare part with our HMO. I still have a ton of paperwork on me to do, and to send documents in the mail. I have 1 month to do it in. I am enough I am up to the challenge of this. I hate suspense but I am holding my own.:cool:

That is horrible. Please take care. All you can do in situations like that is take one small step at a time and get lots of support for you and your husband.

I am feeling happy and oh so very relieved and pleased for my daughter. She had some good news today.

it is in the past, I know it and I can separate that incident from now.

Heather that is extremely inspirational for someone still stuck in deep avoidance interspersed by denial.


Today I feel in a lot of pain but I can't pin it to anything.
