An interesting day. I feel relaxed, thankful, tired and in no confusion or physical pain.

I feel good that I have been cleaning my house.

Disgust in the elements. My neighbor found out a friend of hers was living in his car. Everything he owned! She invited him to stay the weekend. This am he arose to find a busted out window and all of his possessions gone. Even his clothing! And the only memories of his brother who he lost last year to suicide. I started my gift giving early. It has got to stop. I am so angry my head feels like it will blow.

I am up in the middle of the night but not too worried seeing as I have been sleeping well at night yet still falling asleeping during the day. My moods have been all over the place (thank YOU pdoc!!) but should be easy off soon. I'm saddest about not being in the mental place I wanted to be in for my Hunny this week for his birthday. :(

I have been able to pull off a few of the surprises and of course I can always extent this out to the end of the month,not like he would ever expect that!!! My Grandchildren sent the most amazing homemade cards that were the best so far! :) Each telling a unique story of how they see him, including our 18 month old! These are gifts that can't be bought and touch your heart like no others, althought he seemed to get some enjoyment out of my balloon enlargement dance! :woot: well, until I lost my balance.....

I feel scared having to go onto anti-psychotic drugs. I know lots of people here take them, but it still really worries me. And scared that I know I can't cope without them :(

A bit low in spirits after watching a couple of very depressing and disturbing documentaries about the drug problem in Russia, suicide forest in Japan, and another one. Not sure why I am exposing myself to all this disturbing stuff today...but it was depressing.

I've had a couple of days out and am now relaxing.

I still have pain in my side and I don't know what is causing it but otherwise I'm OK.
