I feel very numb knowing my next rew weeks will be so unpredictable, I am petrified, worried about money, moving expenses, packing, and dealing with this damn back pain and constant body and headaches and diarrhea...........I made an emergency appt. to see my family md..I haven't felt this way in a long time and that scares me......again my family doctor.....my whole family, doctor...all of them triggers now...uuuuggggghhh...sorry started venting. I will see her tomorrow..I hope i am walking better....I have to drive myself....

Feeling like I have just been SCREWED!!!! Cost me $300 to get a lower ball joint and an alignment on my POS (piece of shit)car today.

Other than that....Not to bad. Sun is out. I took a walk to clear my head.

Know that I have just been SCREWED......My roommate is leaving in 5 days...has to turn the hydro on at her new place....well...she said she would wait intil the 16th.....I am feeling very lost.....

And positive...tomorrow is a new day...I am managing but one minute at a time and tomorrow I will not feel defeated, embarassed or discouraged because i am human. No one could deal with all of this and not feel lost...PTSD or not.

I feel like one of those snowglobe things. You know, you shake it and all the fake snow flies around. Yeah...my mind is one of those today. VERY frazzled, but hopefully the snow will settle soon.
