What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Thank you... for the encouragement. It's been a little hard going lately, but I am sure it will start looking up.:hug:

You are gaining traction in new areas. It is always a struggle to upskill your self, but you are doing it. Carol Dweck in her book "Mindsets" talks about fixed mindsets and growth mindsets. You certainly have a growth mindset Britt.f7. I have seen you gain more and more skills and change whilst you have been here.
 
I was feeling pleased that I walked.

I felt annoyed that B said he wouldn't finish off the kitchen from last night or bring the washing in.
I helped him tidy up last night when he was tired. It is his father's stuff on the washing line and I am not bringing it in. I am already pushing my arm too much as it is. I need to stop being involved in the washing. The woman who drove into a ditch yesterday when she took Papa Bear out. I realise now that I needed to have said to her, when she said she was going without hanging the washing out that she needed to talk to B about it.

So this is good, I feel pleased that I have identified a boundary that I needed to set.
