What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

[tired of the fight]

Feeling extra uptight and more anxiety. I feel like the dose is to high, and its the cause of my teeth grinding. Ugh. The Dr.
gave me a med to counter act the side effects and its not helping to much. I'm all tense and have to catch myself as I sit and grind them without realizing.

Feeling shattered physically and mentally after having to leave the job I only just got because of a bullying boss.

October was the anniversary of my Mum's death, my late father's birthday and to top it all a dear lady, who took us in when we were homeless, died last week. :( A bad month but lots to look forward too - the premier of the documentary I was in last year and a nice hotel stay in Liverpool at the end of the month - a birthday gift from my sister.

Tired, feverish....but taken care of. (I've got influenca and my best friend took me in. I couldn't go to my parent's place because my grandmother just had a heart surgery some weeks ago.) ...I hate me being sick, I don't like myself...

Am feeling angry, for being triggered again, by the radio. Depressed, as more rain is forecasted for today. Am getting sick and tired of slate gray skies and rain drops. Would never leave my bed, but my cats need me.

Feeling pressured. Cousin is having a baby shower and I don't want to go. She has now talked my sister into making me go. I don't want to deal with this.

How proactive was that? Getting away from a bullying boss. I think that is amazing and so very clever. It is a success in my mind. I have seen people stay too long and they suffer and everyone else around them suffers.

I feel okay. This is really good to feel okay. I am also happy. It is my birthday today. I feel okay about that. I had a party at a restaurant last night. I felt insecure, then I was okay again.

Still slogging through a depressive funk, neglecting chores. Seeing how low voter turnout is in my area didn't help. Treating myself to a slice of pizza afterwards perked me up a bit- it was delicious. Maybe I'll accomplish something today, at some point, not sure.
