I'm so very tired and ready to go home. One more day in hospital....I can do this...AND with a smile on my face and appreciation in my heart. Push through the pain and go through the therapy that I know my knee needs to heal properly.

I'm feeling confused. I have to pack for a holiday but the weather is so unpredictable that I don't know what to pack...

I am feeling very good today. I got a lot accomplished and treated myself to a mani.pedi. That always makes me feel better.

I'm feeling kind of lost today. Without real tasks at work...time just didn't go by. It's the same at home. The more time I have, the harder it gets to get my stuff done.

I am a tiny bit sad that I am so far away from my "Lady Love", especially here at Christmas time, but mostly I am happy. I feel full of love, hope, and peace. I am looking forward to the future, staying grounded in the present, and am not being haunted by the past.

Kind of sickened with a memory from the past, long avoided, & denied. And all it implies. :( What timing, just when I'm trying to be positive, why now I don't know. Denial is great when it's there, but the mind is sure strange, when it isn't it's sickening. :(
