Remembering today what I just did, or should I say without the same denial & avoidance, because I came cross it almost 20 years go but managed to not think about it often & even defended it up to now, makes me feel (especially) sorry & sad for my sister here, & explains a lot.

No wonder also in the times it's come up she has felt as she has about it. :(

Dread, and then amusement, then something yucky. Christmas has been replaced by a three-ring circus, and a wedding. Ham has been replaced by lamb because the groom is Muslim. Very disorganized and frustrating. I'm going to lean heavily on sarcasm for this one, mum and I will be in the corner making nasty remarks until dad's ready to storm out and go get Chinese food. He doesn't eat lamb.

UGH! I have not felt well physically today, what a drag for a holiday. I have an invitation to dinner tomorrow, I hope I am OK by then. I am going to church this evening too for the Christmas Eve service, I hope I feel better by then. Just feel dragged out, tired and a bit weak. Getting over a cold, so this is to be expected.

Physically not feeling well, its been a rough adjustment coming home from hospital. I am so thankful to be home though!

I am feeling very relieved that we are finally ready for Christmas tomorrow. I am so excited to be with my family.

I am very happy today. We are all having such a wonderful Christmas. I even took a long nap that was so refreshing to me and I am feeling very rested. The best Christmas ever.

This was a good Christmas day. I feel like calling it a night and it is early. That I don't like in regards to my mood. Still the day was good. No complaints. I just have to shake this wanting to go to bed at 5 in the evening.
