Angry to the point I'm all chill and sunshine.

In pain (monthly issues....), calm and...like I back off from everything.

I'm feeling accomplished. I have been pro active on stuff and made sure that nothing will be due while I'm leave the next two days with several hours left in the work day, and have gotten some side tasks done as well. But the weird thing is I'm having a hard time feeling happy or proud of myself.

I am feeling so much better than I did when I first woke up. I am trying to be happy within myself. I try to remember to smile and to laugh and I feel good when I do actually remember.

I am feeling a little apprehensive about the reaction I will receive here,....to the fact that at 54 yrs old, I wish to pursue an education in Counseling Psychology. Starting with a Bachelors degree, *(already have my Associates degree).

I am a little worried that others will try to talk me out of this idea, but it is what I truly want to do. I really want and need support from my forum friends.

Other than apprehension, I am feeling excited, enthused, and determined.

Tired, headachey, a little relieved, a little annoyed, not looking forward to work later which is going to be stressful, but am looking forward to when I get to see my friend on saturday. Conflicted.

I went into my pdoc's office to talk about my high anxiety. I left with a script for lab work that had a manic episode as the diagnosis code. I am feeling very up.

Irritated...stressed, under pressure and a bit angry. Had a appointment in a hospital tomorrow and they cancelled it today because all doctors are sick. I waited for this appointment for four months and I need my injections!!! ...feel a bit helpless what to do....

I feel very down today and cannot shake myself out of it so I am allowing myself to grieve.
