I overeat yesterday. I took on too much yesterday. I am feeling pretty sick today. I am allergic. My Exiles, Managers and Fire fighters had a big day of it yesterday if I am understanding what they are correctly. (Internal Family Systems, Schwartz 1995)

I am on cloud nine today. I feel so great today and I just love this kind of day. I feel so much better now. I feel great relief. I bought some more supplies today and and am all stocked up. I feel so relaxed and calm and happy.
