Tired and everything either hurts or feels funny, sore and tense without much reason for any of it. Physically I'm such a mess that I don't have time nor space for emotions. Those will have to wait.
Optical migraine with all kinds of flashing visual effects, overwhelmed, dissociated, dizzy. Exhausted.
When I can get present, the birds singing and beautiful flowers, wildlife, pets... all bring comfort and stability.

Thanks for that Oasis and Jigsaw Puzzle, yes I wrote it a couple of months ago. I write to help me get through the bad spells, as it keeps my brain occupied when I can't handle real life. I also write short stories, I find it does help as I takes my mind off to another world, where I feel safe.

After meditation, a hot bath, Alexander technique I feel less stiff now. After reading David Burn's "Feeling Good" I have so much to think about in terms of how about 80-90% of my thinking are complete distorted cognitions. I have some solid work to do on them. But I feel better knowing that I can work on them. I feel pleased that I can do this. I also feel pleased that all the work that I have done to date has got me to a point that I can read this book and start to deal with it.
I am also very pleased that I am working hard at being as physically active as possible.
I am very proud that after many years work I am managing my sleep better and better and I am not taking the panic from sleep into my day with my morning mediation and other activities.
I am also very pleased at my support of my partner that has meant so much to him and he has gone on to do some things for himself. Which is just great.
I feel pleased that all the training that I have done with the Blue Dog has paid off. She is much better and a lot less anxious.
