I don't really have full-blown "triggers" per se, but if I'm anxious or depressed, I'll go into a horrible depressive/anxious/dissociated/angry spiral for the rest of the day (sometimes weeks) after coming across one of this things.
Certain scents, noises, places, foods, and cars
Drunk people
Booze
Being told that I look, act, and/or resemble my mom or her family
People commenting on or providing unsolicited advice regarding my "weird" eating habits or weight (I'm nowhere close to overweight to start with)
Certain weapons
Messy houses and/or excessive amounts of useless crap
Hoarders
Yelling
Mean and/or threatening behavior in general
People being abusive to their kids or pets in public (I saw a lady that was calling her daughter a piece of shit and telling her to shut up and I got super mad)
Being touched in certain ways
I used to be really scared of eggs, seafood, cheese, and a bunch of other foods too. I've gotten over that now, but I still get a little nervous about them from time to time.
