I am competent and competent in learning new skills - Mindfulness, Self Compassion, DBT, to do self care and to grow into a person.

I also studied well I got 83%.

So you not only take care of your kids' basic needs, but you also give them love, and a mother who is there for them. You make sure they are well taken care of and feel safe and loved, even when you're struggling. I think that's a beautiful thing, that you are obviously good at.

And I'm sure that you have plenty more of those wonderful talents and characteristics. Sometimes it's just hard to see them yourself, because you're going through a tough time. :hug: :hug:
