What Did You Do For You Today???

I went to an appointment and I rang and spoke to a crisis line.

I gave myself a break. Yes, things aren't going the way I want them to go. Yes, I didn't get my goals done yesterday. But I am determined to be nice to myself, to be kind, to be understanding.

I got ready and a little dressed up so I HAVE to go out today. I'm going to go to a book store and go get some wrapping paper:)

Mediated, ate a good breakfast, spoke to a crisis line on the phone.

I made myself a mighty fine porridge.

I was feeling a little blue so I gave myself some time to get out of the slump without cancelling any plans. I got out of the slump, so now I can go on with my plans. Relieved.

That is great emotional regulation and management Britt.f7! That is one to put on the success board.

Somehow I gave my mind a mini break today and didn't have a total low point to the day.

I went to the beach. I watched sport there. I had a Dip in the Ocean and I lay down to calm down my anxiety in the sand on the beach.

I took a very long and hot shower and put my soft boots on today.

I ate breakfast and lunch. I rang a support line and talked to this guy.

Delicious dinner - roasted potato fries with chicken. I ate tiramisu ice cream and I hovered my place to get it nice and tidy.
