Sun bathed while stretching and doing deep breathing exercises, walked barefoot in the warm soft grass, read some of a book I've been wanting to dive into, listened to some super helpful vids on you tube university, opened all the windows to air out the house, ate lots of salad and fruit, drank a lot of water, deflected even more mindless/thoughtless energies trying to harsh my groove, allowed myself space in between to reflect, and helped a friend.
