I called a therapist, and inquired about a job or two.

I cooked, I ate, I exercised.

Well, that was yesterday actually. Today I'm still at the first coffee stage

Bought myself an easter egg for easter sunday.

Made myself a cup of ginger tea, going out later on to get a mocha frappe.

Got me oreos and talked to people about not so stellar ideas instead of looking into ways of doing them.

And then took meds when it occured to me I'm always on planning cruises when I'm bad feverish. f*cking toothache. f*cking history. f*cking self care.

I did Yoga during lunch break.

Planted some Salad seeds and Coriander and some cat grass. Cats like stopping just outside my window if the seeds turn into cat grass I shall pop it out there for them - giving me extra cat watching opportunities.
Bought an inexpensive plant pot in the shape of an elephants head. Think I'd like to plant a succulent or cactus in it. It attaches to the wall.

Started learning how to swing a Gada.

Yesterday - i avoided social media and people in general as it was mothers day here which opens a can of worms.

Today - I went to the gym and did only as much as i needed to feel good rather than to exhaustion or any standards

Tomorrow - I'm going to a pottery class and finishing off a project :)
