I went back up to the top of Mount Galiano. Thats twice in one week I think. Its a good way to blow away the shadows that come from writing my trauma diary.

Went for a run.

Cut back my schedule.. I actually said no.

I've been running around like a maniac for the past 2 1/2 weeks.

Enough.

I took an hour away from struggling with paperwork and played music, loudly, and sang along, badly.

I felt so much better afterwards.

Took my time to read the newspaper.

Took my friend's dog for a walk

Ate healthy but tasty
Caught up on self care routine
Removed self from his presence

Walked in to work and ate a healthy breakfast on the way in.
