Took myself to a group I think will be beneficial for me.

Bought myself tickets to see 2 art exhibitions.

I bought me a bottle of wine. I gave myself a break because of my high anxiety earlier. Going to try again tomorrow when I am not so pressured.

I started crying at work, and nobody sees me since I have a desk job, so I could've kept working, but I gave myself a couple minutes to have a break and calm down

I didn't take a PRN when I didn't feel it was necessary just because my mom wanted me to. They make me feel drugged up if I take too many.
