I participated in the happiness challenge! I woke at 2am and 4am but not with panic attacks! so the Self Compassion Breaks and all the rest is working! I now go to bed much, much earlier, and I have a totally different routine. So I am making progress! I was able to settle myself back down and get up at 4.30am for half an hour of Mindfulness Body Scan! I did Mindfulness for myself!
