Managed to get to sleep several hours earlier than I've managed recently. Been having terrible time getting to sleep. So pleased.

Read last night instead of TV. Changed the kindle screen to sepia on my phone cause I read someone said the blue in screens keeps us awake. I dunno but anyhow it's easy on the eyes.

Also actually got to sleep in silence. That is rarer than rocking horse teeth. Huzzah!
 
I practiced doing healthy things to boost my immune system. Developing a new way of life and trying to form new habits.:happy:
 
Slept in, took a barefoot walk in the sun, picked up trash along side the road where I live (f'n litterbugs), drank lemon water, drank celery/apple/romaine/ginger juice, did an enema, prepped eggplant, red and yellow bell peppers, basil, and cilantro to dehydrate, and checked in with a supportive and knowledgeable long-time plant-based peer for some ideas.
