I figured out how to put up a photo in my diary today, all by myself. I actually was creative with the camera on it today. I am so happy after a very lousy day.:wacky::wacky::woot::woot::woot::playful::playful::inlove::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful:
 
More often than not, I toss the pulp leftover from juicing into the compost bin to help the future goodies grow as it's the path of least resistance, especially after spending all that time prepping stuff to juice, not to mention the clean up time. I also have to stay very mindful of not mixing the flavors I don't want to bake together later, so I have to pay even closer attention, and sometimes that just ain't happening. However, today I was feeling froggy and have been craving snack-like foods as of late, so I used my pulp to get creative and make mycell-ph some.

I sat aside the celery/romaine lettuce/fennel pulp, then blended it even more in the food processor and added a little over a cup of chickpea flour, a little cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric, flax seed meal, cumin, some water to help it blend, and curry and spread it out evenly on parchment paper on a pizza pan and baked it for about 30 minutes at 350.

I sat aside the apple/ginger pulp, then blended it more in the food processor, too, and added almost a cup of chickpea flour, some flax seed meal, apple juice to help it blend, cinnamon, a couple drops of vanilla extract, and a tsp. baking powder and spread it out evenly on parchment paper on a small square baking pan and baked on 350 for about 25 minutes.

They're like flatbread, sliced with a pizza cutter, have a great consistency, are much tastier than I anticipated, packed with ingredients that nurtures mycell-ph.....and each made a generous quart-sized baggie full of bite-sized snacks that I can truly call a treat. Grateful for the momentum that sparked those spontaneous tasty actions.
