I ate a Frosty.

Wednesday I did my relaxation hypnosis cd. I am going to do it again today.
Yesterday I "let" my daughter paint - the shed, with me! She is getting good at using that roller!

I borrowed an idea from Gizmo and tried a mocha frappé. Wow, it's yummy!

I sat outside sewing until the sun got too hot. Hubby just enjoyed the sun and sat with me.

Cup of coffee, radio playing softly, birds singing. What more could I ask for today.

Went to Wal-Mart too many times, but the energy in the kitchen still has been so off, so went there and got a few things and did some rearranging, and now it feels so much better, small things made such a difference.

In my book not a lot more could be asked for.

This has summed up my past few days. I finished my book and started another. I have just enjoyed the weather and the rest can wait.

Spiderallis, the mocha frappes are real yummy, I get them alot to treat myself.
Today I went to my daughters house for the holiday. We had homemade nachos, and played with the kids with their walkie talkies. We pet their chicken, and sat in the sun talking. One granddaughter showed us a ravens nest high up in a tree. We had a good time. The sad part was my husband got sick and we had to go home earlier than we planned. The good news is I may get both girls next weekend. We will take them swimming because the pool is open. Mabe I will go swimming too.

I'm going to make the best effort to visit a friend and her little baby.

I bought myself a bottle of Cranberry & Raspberry cordial. I am going to relax in the garden with a large glass and read my book.

I took the dog for a nice long walk.

I bought myself a new case for my crotchet hooks.

My old one was plastic, over 30 years old and falling to bits.

Called and made a hair appointment.
Called and scheduled to get a massage from someone I used to go to, and I like hers.

Called and talked to someone who just listens as am still anxious over the words from my counselor when I saw her last. It is like she said, who knows, what she would be saying about me to others which is so inappropriate, to say the least.
