Went out and got us frappes. I am watching the season finale of dancing with the stars recorded on my dvr. I am taking it easy today.

I lit all 26 candles in my lounge, cooked a wonderful meal for H and then we relaxed together.

I love candles. I have one sitting near me, just a tapered one, I can't tell you how many times I thought of lighting it, only to walk in the other room and quickly forget to get the lighter or match. Thing is I don't even remember that I forgot something until I'm sitting back down...Or read your postings. :eek:

I walked at park and I decided this week I will have to add 1 more mile. When I have some new challenge, my body automatically increases interest and love for the walk.

I haven't done yoga from Tuesday. I need to regularize this.
