I put myself to bed at the right time. Unfortunately it didn't work out but I got there on time. So I will keep working on it.

Today I walked for 1.5 miles. I didn't push myself. I didn't feel right decision to take it.

It went well. I was scared to death at first, while laying on the table. Then more so when I realized they weren't going to use general anesthesia like the last time. However, whatever medicine they gave me knocked me out so I was relieved when I wasn't awake until after the surgery!

48 hours of ice and taking it easy, then doing whatever I feel I can do. I'm very thankful that it went well. Slept most of yesterday.

I ran around getting errands done. I got us frappes. I am now in my sweats and watching movies. I will fix dinner tonight and we will have ice cream. It was a good day.
