What Did You Do For You Today???

Today I had lunch out at a vegetarian cafe.

Fresh made broccoli soup, with granary bread. Followed by a pot of red berry tea.

I'm going to let myself wear track pants today :). I have a mental block to let myself wear track pants during the day :rolleyes:

I am watching movies, I went and got frappes and I went out and got us dinner for tonight. All I have to do is microwave it. It was raining this morning. I am wearing a sweater. Mabe I will get a blanket.

My husband is counting his money that he is saving up to pay back to the checking for the sliding glass door.

I made my bed, did my dishes, did a load of laundry and put it away. I called to get some help for a neighbor. I went to the mailbox this morning in the rain. I walked there and back. I got dressed in clothes. I'm even wearing shoes today. I'm here.

I gave myself a little time and space to sleep in a bit.

What's a frappe gizmo? I guess I could google it but I like to hear the way people explain things :).

I'm craving a fancy coffee right now. But I save it as a treat for after therapy. Pavlov's dog and all that. I figure if I reward myself I'll eventually want to start going.

I went for 2 Dips in the Ocean.

I went to a Life Drawing Class. I had good boundaries and left on time as well.

I set a boundary about how long I would say at the art exhibition and I stuck to it.

I went walking and birdwatching.

Since I have received all the forms that I needed to file my taxes, I began the process which I do, on-line.

So, far, it looks like I might get a small refund which I believe I did last year too, and used it to pay for my car insurance which comes due soon, so every little bit helps these days!

I'm going to therapy today even though I don't want to. I'm really pissy about it too. Oh well, I'll be glad I did.

I went to buy party supplies, plates, balloons, for my son's birthday. Considering that I just wanted to go straight home after my med appointment, stopping in was good for me. I did it just as much for me than him. I needed that extra time out.
