What Did You Do For You Today???

Finalizing my recherche to write 2 books. One on Archeias (female counterparts to Archangels) There is nothing in french to informe people of them. Second book on Angels, Archanges and Archeias, who are they where they are in the spiritual hiarchy and where do the humans fit into all that, how to improve our interactions with our spiritual genetic family not only to transcend but to improve Life on Earth. There, it is said.

I got up and had a bath. This helped me settle down a little.

I then came on this forum and started to type and that helped a little bit too.

I am not so bad just very overwhelmed and a bit dissociated.

I go up and got on to this forum to help me get moving today.

Today I went out for Sunday lunch with my husband.

It was wonderful to be able to do that again.

I cleaned and reorganized things. I through out junk and put things in bags for give away. Can't believe how much we did today. Feeling good about it.

I did a good drawing today. I followed my own ideas and perspective. I followed my intuition.

This I actually did Friday. I printed out some Free grownup coloring pictures(had to be careful typing that one in;)). I colored using various types of medium. Learned that just because you are a grownup doesn't mean you can always get within the lines when you are out of practice. :D:confused:

Donated towels to the local animal shelter on Saturday.

Sunday, I sorted, cleaned, donated, and threw away. Some of it was my mom's and grandma's old stuff, like linens, so that was bittersweet but cathartic.

Today I have a therapist appointment and a stop at the local donation center to drop stuff off. I think I'll buy myself a baja freeze(it's a soda slush).

Today I went to the dentist and met my new one.

This will be the third one I have had there, as the other two left.

Nope I did not scare them away, honest. :D

I have spent a lovely afternoon with my friends two Labrador dogs, long walk and plenty of cuddles. Xx

My friend and neighbor upstairs said that she needed to go out walking and I said I needed to, too, so we went. I told her to come and knock on my door anytime that she wanted to go out walking and that I'd be glad to go with her. You see, I was just saying to myself that I needed to go out walking too, right before she came by, gave me a ride to the grocery and then we both went and walked and had a nice talk (although I mostly listened, she likes to talk, LOL...).
