I meditated, rested, napped, read and went to bed early.

Flipped my wife the bird as she walked out of the room after listening to one of her rants that apparently had nothing to do with me but I was a convenient source for her to engage her lunacy. Oh, and it felt so good.

LOL that's funny. I did that to my husband as he ranted about something and nothing yesterday.

I went and exercised to bring the panic attacks under control.

I have been so worn out I vegged most of the day then stupidly felt guilty. :facepalm:

I downloaded some books for my Kindle and did some reading.

I got out and did some volunteering.

Watched some trashy TV.

Had my coffee at sunrise.
Went to work and hit every customer and finished earlier then expected.
Finished taxes after filling for extension in april
Payed rent on time (I remember being on a park bench)
Payed electric on time (remember squatting)
Payed phone on time (who hasn't been late on that)
Got pulled over and sent on my way with no ticket (oh what fortune)
Got home played in the yard with Moco(my dachshund)(nothing better in the world)
It's sunny
It's warm
I'm happy!

And I decided the ciggerate I'm smoking now, the last of my pack, too be my last.

And I needed to have some way of remembering days like today. So I stated this thread to think back.
