What Did You Do For You Today???

I have adopted a healthy heart and weight loss diet which is high in complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and is low fat, low calorie, and low in sodium. Some examples would be oatmeal (or bran flakes) and banana with 1 tbsp of chopped walnuts for breakfast; tuna, tomato and cottage cheese for lunch, and salmon, carrots, spinach and long grain rice for dinner. I also added a protein shake for a healthy snack. This serves to help keep my blood sugar under control as well.
 
I am writing a journal for my daughter for when I die, she will have a lot to read from me. I want to get two more journals for each of my granddaughters too. I am being consistent and I am pouring my heart and soul and love into it for her.
 
I took a long hot shower after cleaning part of the garage. I drank some coffee, and I took a nap.
 
Good for you Britt, my husband and I used to go to Starbucks all of the time.

I spent the day in my pajamas and with my daughter. Mabe I will treat us to Mexican takeout tonight.
 
Yesterday I bought myself flowers. Today I was cleaning in my room a little bit. I opened the curtains and stripped the bed and washed the sheets and organized some things. The sun coming in my windows and the smell of fresh sheets seemed to make me feel good. It was nice.
