I dressed warm today as it is so cold. I made myself comfortable and later on I will take a nap.

I listened to my kittens calls for me and I went to lie down with him. That made him quiet and quite happy. Me too.

I went to my favourite café for lunch before coming to the carers office to do my afternoon reception volunteering.

I cooked myself a hot dish with fish and veggies - and enjoyed eating it while watching an episode of the A-Team. :rolleyes:

I took a shower and played on my I Pad. I am all comfortable and warm in clothes that I am wearing.

I bought a huge bottle of my favorite perfume. It was pricey but I deserve it.

I bought a comic I wanted to buy for quite some time and read it...just laying on my couch and reading with a nice cup of tea.

I took my Xanax and I ate some lunch. I feel so calm and relaxed and at peace.

I have been baking all day for my friend who has the cake decorating business.

It is a wonderful day out away from my husbands PTSD.

I managed to get through to the representative to resolve issues about my medical insurance. It has taken me two days and I feel pretty good that I handled it well. I even got names and phone numbers.
