Sorted some items for donation to an animal shelter and got the bathroom organized. Taking a new interest in our home lately, it feels relaxed a bit more and not nearly as anxiety or stressful.
I stood up for myself in therapy
Rode my bike for over 25 kilometers
Ate dinner on time
And half an hour ago I had finally gotten myself to do some studying and I'm still at it!
Rearranged some artwork in three rooms, washed and rearranged some window curtains. Have some items by the door to donate to the cat and kitten shelter. Re-did the china cabinet and instead of nick nacks, now it actually has china in it.
I took naps to catch up on my sleep that I did not get last night. I dressed myself up to go to the hospital to pick up my daughter and went and filled her prescription.
Today is a sleep day. My medical illness determines it. I will go with the flow and not fight it. Some days have to be like this. It doesn't help if I get angry about it.
