According to my doctor I have suffered adult acne most of my life due to excess stress hormones, but regardless of the reason, I have always been very self-conscious about my body because it is scarred and blemished and rough looking.....

so anyway, today I asked for help to remove blackheads and cleanse the skin with witch hazel etc to reduce the scarring, and heal the acne and blemishes.. Now I have help from a family member when I need it and that is what I did for me today...I asked for help!!!

And then also read and read. I didn't learn much useful in the way of CBT and correcting cognitions, but I'm richer of a few German words I read worse than a first grader, but with the more happiness.

I was able to take my time to wake up slowly and still laying around, have to get up pretty soon and hit the road.

Forced myself to eat at least sugars if too nauseated to proper eat.

Still feels like giving up & things I just Don't Do, but well, it will be there for another day.

I walked a lot, and I did physics. I downloaded some science modelling programs that I needed :)

Short walk
2 hours of Mindfulness/Self Compassion guided audios. I did fall asleep a few times but as I am woke at 4.30am I tried to make the best of the situation - much better than stressing.
