To believe that healing is possible and then to give each day my best effort(s) toward that end. Also, a great deal of patience, self-care, and compassion.
I've been working, surviving, and taking care of others for as long as I remember and now it is my time. I owe myself a break and just spend the rest of my time enjoying family, friends, pets, life, having fun, realizing dreams and traveling. Doing what I've always wanted to do for as long as I can.
