I have been to my friends again today and we have been learning together how to make edible lace for wedding cakes.

Hubby's support changed the appointment today to Thursday morning. So I took myself to my favourite cafe and had lunch before coming home.

Today I have been Christmas shopping with my youngest daughter. It is a long time since we spent so much time together, and it was fun.

Today I have been back helping my friend with her cakes, and some of my decorated ones are going out to a customer tomorrow.

Today I ordered my Crock Pot!!! I've been keeping an eye on one on Amazon, and it's now got 20% off it - I'm gambling on the theory that it wont go down much further so went for it - it should be here by Friday.

Also... working on the theory that I'm not going to let things pass me by anymore, I ordered a DVD for Halloween to go with my Pumpkin Pie. I've ordered High Spirits - it's an 80s comedy and all very light hearted. That will also be here on Friday... shame that's 1 November :roflmao:

I went for a bike ride with the dog... it was fab at the time. Now I'm walking like John Wayne and the dog has a limp!!! Think we're both just stiff after doing nothing all summer.... Oh - I am sooooo unfit! :notworthy:

Nothing. But by reading the threat's title I have realized this and that's the good thing!!! It's 1 pm and I've done nothing for me yet. Going to log off and do something.

My best friend and I played Racquet Ball and beat our favorite competitor. A task that has daunted us for a long time. He was still pulling his shots and stuff like that (going easy on us), but it felt good.

But now I've stolen Toria's dog's limp!
