Ive been in psychotherapy 2 years now. I need to do other things to deal with growing up with a narcissistic parent like Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) or a support group but every time I get the courage to help myself, I'm overwhelmed with where to start. There isn't a place where I can go talk to others who understand to feel at peace. So then I do nothing. I've been self sabotaging a lot lately and want to stop. How do I do this when I feel like I'm doing it alone?
