I am still holding at a six. Which shows me some stabalization in my life. I was at a high ten before last week. So I have improved but still have a long way to go.

Current;y at a 9-10. Can't stop thinking of my sister. Today was her favorite holiday and she loved Halloween. I'm hiding in my house, the bowl of candy on the porch because I'm losing my stuffing so badly I don't want to traumatize the kids coming to my house.F**k, this hurts.

Well there was a delay in my going to sheppard pratt so my sweet husband cooked up a week away vacation . To hawaii, where I can't take my service dog because of their MF stupid old fashioned rabies quarantine. I mean they could just draw blood and get back a titer but nope they need to stick a highly trained and essential service dog, along with guide dogs for the blind in a kennel and stare at it for 72 hours. So, no service dog. so my suds is a 7 and until the air conditioning starts working and my sweet chatterbox of a son finds something to do other than talk, it is unlikely to go down. Laura

I seem to be a stable 6 because I am not moving in either direction at this time. So I guess I am stuck in a rut which is not good.

I can't feel 0 anymore. Too many horrible things happened and now married a narcissist who makes sure I remain unstable.
