What Made You Angry Today?

My mother telling me that my present for my stupid cousin 's confirmation ain't expensive enough. He gets some merchandise from his favorite football club and some cash - total value 50 €. I cannot even stand that brat. I don't get it that I shall spend much money only because we're related...

White vinegar may be good for household uses but I hear it is not good for consumption as it is a byproduct of petroleum distillate....for consumption use apple cider vinegar instead. ;)

I am angry because someone came at me as if I owe them an explanation for my decisions and actions..... ummm, Nope!!! Not Today!!!

Ooooo....please share anything you have that may have more info on that, if you don't mind. I love learning more about this stuff. I don't recall ever purposely ingesting the white vinegar, but many folks use it for things like curdling milk, salad dressings, etc., so I may have unknowingly consumed it through the years. I wouldn't mind so much if was they byproduct of corn, as I currently know it to be, which has its own downfalls. .

Seeking out the highest quality and doing research to become a more informed consumer has made a huge difference in my day to day existence. I've not yet found a whole lot of info specifically talking about the white vinegar, be it from corn or petroleum, neither of which brings much quality of life to the table, unfortunately.

The variety we use is specified to be from corn, which is also disturbing because of the gmo stuff. "Old MacDonald had a farm, G-M-G-M-O......." I guess while considering much of what is purposefully placed in our current "food" supply and deemed by industries to be okay to ingest, white vinegar doesn't seem all that bad, although I'd still not choose to ingest it if given the choice.

As far as laundry goes, I'd rather have a little white vinegar absorbed into my skin vs. an ongoing toxic blend of diethyl ester dimethyl ammonium chloride, fragrance (which can be quite the toxic brew that they aren't required to disclose, especially directly on the packaging), calcium chloride, formic acid, hydrochloric acid, dye, polydimethylsiloxane, methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone, cationic polymer, diethylenetriamine pentaacetate, sodium salt, etc. (ingredient list shared from ultra downy fabric softener found at: https://www.pg.com/productsafety/in...a Downy Liquid April Fresh - PID May 2016.pdf)

(While you're at it, check out the fragrance list as well to see what all goes into that favorite scent blend, much of which is continually and actively disrupting the endocrine systems of every living thing within nose shot: http://www.pgproductsafety.com/productsafety/ingredients/Perfume_and_Scents.pdf )

The organic apple cider vinegar with the "mother" in it is my preferred kind for culinary use, medicinal use, occasional hygiene use, and to soak my fruit and veggies in to clean them before eating, including the organic stuff. It gets sprayed with crap, too, prior to shipment, unless you're buying directly from a local well-known source or growing your own, but check the seeds supplier out real well in those instances. There's the Bragg brand of apple cider vinegar with the mother, which is rather pricey, but our local Kroger stores offer the Nature's Promise brand at a more reasonable cost.

As far as cleaning goes, there's a white vinegar/dawn dish washing liquid combo that works great on bathroom cleaning, too. I used to think those scrubbing bubbles and CLR remover were the best things to use, but after reading the ingredients and such, and having nausea and a headache each time I cleaned, even with it being well ventilated and using additional fans, I discovered the dawn/white vinegar solution and have been using it ever since. Much less elbow grease required when scrubbing with this formula, too, which is super helpful with these often achy shoulders of mine.

The white vinegar also eliminated the need to buy that high dollar high efficiency laundry detergent, and those expensive special cleaning tablets to use in the machine each month to keep that funky smell at bay. Since we started using the vinegar for laundry, there's been absolutely no nasty smell happening that requires extra cleaning cycles and such.

It angers me to know we've been lied to and purposely manipulated about so many things on such a grand scale and so many folks profit rather well from our ongoing suffering and demise. It's no wonder there's hardly a healthy human left.

@Tornadic Thoughts ,

The info I read is from a book called, "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" but I no longer own that book. :(

What I did find is this info:

The term "distilled vinegar" (or "spirit vinegar" in the UK) is something of a misnomer when used in the US and North America, because it is not produced by distillation but by fermentation of distilled alcohol. The fermentate is diluted to produce a colorless solution of 5% to 8% acetic acid in water, with a pH of about 2.6. This is variously known as distilled spirit, "virgin" vinegar, or white vinegar, and is used in cooking, baking, meat preservation, and pickling, as well as for medicinal, laboratory, and cleaning purposes. The most common starting material in some regions, because of its low cost, is malt or in the United States, corn (maize). It is sometimes derived from petroleum. Distilled vinegar in the UK is produced by the distillation of malt to give a clear vinegar which maintains some of the malt flavor. Distilled vinegar is used predominantly for cooking, although in Scotland it is used as an alternative to brown or light malt vinegar. White distilled vinegar can also be used for cleaning.

hope this helps, this info is from Wikipedia.com

Lion

Power company demanding IDs they're legally not entitled to at all, and then, again, demanding my phone number - after I refused to provide it to them the first time.

Yeah. No. f*ck off, harassers. You're breaking at least two laws that I can think of off the top of my head with this. I even bothered to take those seven or so hours needed to read through aall of that law bullshit, and Nope, Still.

I'm still running on yesterdays anger. I want to write Jr. and ask him why he spells his name differently than his daddy. Was there a point in time that it happened and is that why he changed his name?

I want to write a son in law and welcome him to my neighborhood. 1700 miles is a long way to travel for another man's enemy. He might want to step back and re-evaluate the situation. Perhaps gain some insight on why his marriage failed.

I want to tell the world what I truly believe but i'm a coward and that pisses me off.

I'm angry that seeing an old man's arthritic hands on the train this morning put so much fear in me and caused me to have flashbacks, and I'm f*cking angry as hell at my father and I hope his hands hurt him every day for the rest of his miserable f*cking life.

Anxious to see if the smell fades along with the vinegar. lol I might be able to wear those pants before the end of the week after all.

Just wanted to share that I laundered the pants reeking with fabric softener stank with some (a cup full) 80 proof vodka and it helped A LOT! Had to wash them twice to totally rid of it, but had it not been for the vodka, it would have taken many many more washings, and that still wouldn't be any guarantee the odor would ever leave, just lessen a bit, if I was lucky.

I also had a hoodie sweatshirt that I've been washing for at least 6 weeks now and the fabric softener smell was still holding on. No more, though. Tossed it in with the pants and vodka and it only took one washing to finally rid of the stank from it. Yay!!!!!!! Thanks again for sharing that, @Friday. Nosemaste. lol

I'm angry that my body was made to endure and experience things that will never leave it. Daily reminders of just how strong we are can often be the same reminder that squashes our spirit in any given moment.
