Oooo' I felt so angry and anxious early last night when H informed me our phone co. was attempting to charge us a $30. fee for their errors. The woman on the phone confirmed today that indeed it was their errors, but this doesn't help console me lots (I barely can trust anything said anymore) due to this company's history of misinformation and making one error after the other.
I can be very forgiving and accepting with simple, even repeated errors, but there comes that point where I just so want to scream at them about how great of imbeciles and rip-off's their company is, how frustrating and how damn incompetent some of their employees are.
