Armed officers called to the terrifying scenes in Woolwich opened fire and shot two men, who were are now under guard in hospitals. One is said to be in a serious condition.

Back in the late 80`s we had a guy had his legs and arms broke by Muslims who then raped his misses.

The garrison got a stand down. 2 tank regiments the 4/7 and the 15/19, 1 Infantry 2nd Royal Irish, REME Wksp, Sigs Sqn and AAC Sqn and an 41 Ord Coy.

We hit the streets, and anything that wasn`t European. went on for months and ended up with guys from other garrisons turning up in 4 ton Bedfords to help out.

The town centre got trashed and we got a new Mc Donalds.

Even the GCP wouldn`t get involved, they would just stand there with the MP`s and wait to pick up the pieces.

In total something like 12 people died.

Sarg, I use those pain patches and they work most of the time. Mine are non narcotic Lidoderm (Lidocaine) 5% patches. I wear mine at night and they cn help me get rest. they last for 12 hrs. I also use a pain gel called Voltaren (diclofenac sodium topical gel ) 1% I get mixed results from the gel. And its bloody expensive at 40 bucks a tube. The patches are pretty easy to get as they are a non narcotic option for pain relief. Ask your doctor to get you some. Maybe the doctor might even have some to give out as a sample. If it was legal I would mail you some of mine.

it is a shame that you cant even walk or drive down a peaceful road without having some deranged idiots hack away with machete's and knifes. I am angry as hell, on many levels. Hate-filled appalling crimes like this are the result of ignorance, evil, and supine over-tolerance. I hope something begins to change.

I just can't believe the big tough guys took on a 'Drummer' of all people, maybe they should have gone over to Hereford, then see what happens. All they have done is made it hard for honest Muslims to live. They were born and bread in the UK ffs.

What has made me angry all week. Monday was my birthday. I really don't care one way or the other, for me it was a normal day and that's how I like it. Husband suggested (weeks ago) a combined housewarming/birthday party. I said I don't really feel like it. So he talked me into a small barbecue afternoon type thing. He said 8-10 people max, which I agreed to. So now tomorrow is the day and suddenly there are 20+ people coming. Which part of "I don't like big groups of people" is unclear? I don't care if it's people I know or 20 strangers in a shop. Then to make my weekend complete, husband arranged for his son to sleep over Saturday night followed by a family thing on Sunday at the in-laws. I give up.

hi ned im still feeling the same maybe the extremists should have thought about the reporcussions carrying out such a horrendous attack to a soldier on our own soil. ive heard the islamics say its against our code off conduct does that mean the taliban in afthgan who are islanics does that mean they to have a different code. all i can say any retalations is a justifyable cause as they have taken the liberty and the brittish wont stand for this and duck them all. they have had to well to easy so far and maybe they should get a taste of our alliance...
