Tedeschi Trucks have gotten me through some rough times/thoughts...and seeing them live at a festival was a huge treat...thanks for sharing that beautiful jam and a chance for some happy memories of lighter days, @MrMoonlight .

My jammage selection has been all over the place today...in quite a therapeutic way....yay.

The first dose of medicinal melodies consisted of Wookiefoot...mainly as a reminder to self...and this song always makes me get up and move:

AThen I got back home and saw where a friend shared this little gem and it was the icing on the therapeutic jammage cake, so far. Ha! I hear ya', brother:

It seems weird to me that eyes crying so many tears would lead to eyes burning....you'd think all those tears would soothe a burn rather than create it....just one of many things that make me go hmmmm...as I hum along to some Jackson Browne:
