What To Do When Group Pokes A Personal Sore Spot?

Thanks for so many great perspectives on this- I really appreciate it.

I've not spoken to my T/group leader yet, but I had a wild idea late last night. It might be possible to substitute low-sugar popsicles for the exercise. Think those might be called ice lollies in other parts of the world? The temperature would add a facet to the 'experience' aspect, and I think that might work with most special diets/ food issues.

I say follow your heart and trust your gut instincts. It will never lie to you. I think you have a lot of courage for going to group therapy. I am in a grief group and although I do not feel I fit in. I keep going back because it makes me feel better afterwards. I wish you the best in whatever you choose. Please put yourself first and take good care of you. Big hugs.
