It's not being prematurely judgmental if a person comes with X health complaint they need assistance with, to not go all Well we don't have the full story...
It's sound judgment to make sense of *presented* etiology & consider *other* possibilities later.
And you are the only person so far bringing up the self dx parallel.
Nobody else went there.
We cannot diagnose .
Which wasn't attempted.
We *can*, very much, make sense of if it's our kinda thing that needs pro dx & treatment... or something else going on.
